The arrival of carbon-plated shoes has had a global impact on the PBs or runners across the globe. These shoes work by improving your running economy, allowing you to run faster for the same amount of energy expenditure. However, there is now vast choice when it comes to “super shoes” and the degree to which each helps the individual runner is quite variable. We can assess your running economy in a variety of shoes (provided by yourself) in order to find which is going to give you the biggest boost come race day.
