What is METROX?

METROX is our own fitness race, consisting of 7 strength/functional or Conditioning based stations and 7 x 500m runs. Your goal is to complete all 7 runs and stations as fast as possible. All stations and runs will have Judges ensuring all participants are competing fairly and hitting the goal distance or reps required on each station.

• £50 Double (This covers both participants)
