Event start and end time: 2 pm to 4:30 pm

Terms and Conditions 

1. General 1.1. Attendees must be at least 18 years old to purchase a ticket and attend the Event. I.D. may be requested on entry.
2. Ticket Purchase & Payment 2.1. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless allowed by the Organizer. 
3. Entry & Admission 3.1. The Organizer may refuse entry to anyone violating event rules or behaving inappropriately. 
4. Event Changes & Cancellation 4.1. The Organizer may change the schedule, lineup, or venue without notice. 4.2. If postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. 4.3. If cancelled, refunds may be issued per the Organizer’s policy.
5. Liability & Assumption of Risk 5.1. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings. 5.2. The Organizer takes reasonable precautions but is not liable for personal injury, illness, or property loss. 5.3. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. 
6. Prohibited Items & Behaviour 6.1. Prohibited at the Event:
•    Illegal substances, weapons, dangerous items
•    Disruptive, offensive, illegal, or violent behaviour
•    Any items or behaviour prohibited by the venue
7. Privacy 7.1. Personal data will be handled per privacy laws. 7.2. The Organizer may use contact details for Event updates and communication.
8. Permission to Film & Record 8.1. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, archival, or media purposes. 8.2. The Organizer retains the right to use any such media without compensation to attendees.
